D.C. Style Setters

I get defensive when Washington, D.C. is called out for its horrendous fashion and style. As someone who grew up the DMV, I just never saw it this way.  I personally know a ton of people whose personal style rivals anything I see in New York or L.A.  I was thrilled to find our friends Monling Lee of #colorindex, Alison Gary of Wardrobe Oxgyen, and Elisabeth  Pendergrass of District of Chic in the current issue of Where DC magazine.
