Rosana has 15 years of fashion retail and styling experience, including owning, running and buying for an award-winning boutique in Washington,D.C. She has styled hundreds of men and women since launching DC Style Factory seven years ago.
She was handpicked to be part of Stacy London’s team of Style for Hire wardrobe consultants, and has been referred to local clients by Ms. London. As a style expert, she writes fashion tips for local publications, makes television appearances, produces style workshops, hosts fashion events and more.
As a wife and mother of three, she is a firm believer that you don’t have to sacrifice personal style because life is busy. If key wardrobe pieces make sense for who and where you are, personal style is accessible to anyone who wants it.
When she is not shopping, creating outfits, and attending to her clients’ style needs, Rosana is perfecting her crow yoga pose and spending time with her family.
Her favorite things to wear are brogues, jeans of any and every style and white blazers.

Style Philosophy: “You get what you pay for.” Invest in those classic pieces where fit and fabric matter. Save on fast fashion.

Style Philosophy: "Good clothes open all doors." As in, dress well and you'll get more respect at work, make a great first impression and maybe get upgraded to first class on an empty flight.
Marisa launched a personal style blog a year ago and within that year had gained a loyal following of thousands of readers. She parlayed that stint as a style blogger into her own personal styling business. She trained with DC Style Factory and since then, has worked one-on-one with clients; styled marketing photoshoots for local designers; and partnered with local businesses and retailers as a stylist for fashion fundraisers. Her personal styling clients include CEOs, authors and stay-at-home moms.
When she is not busy working with her clients or prepping for her next photo shoot, Marisa is trying out a new recipe in the kitchen, working up a sweat at her local spinning class, and driving her two young daughters around town to their practices. Her favorite thing to wear is a jumpsuit. One and done.

Style Philosophy: Style is not superficial. It is a powerful tool that can help you put your best foot forward in life. Coco Chanel said it best: "Dress shabbily and they remember the dress; dress impeccably and they remember the woman."
N’jeri’s passion and interest in the fashion industry lead her to New York where she attended Manhattanville College. During that time, she was a Real Girl Model for Seventeen Magazine and also discovered her love for styling when she interned at Westchester Magazine.
She has experience in front of and behind the camera both as a model and stylist for photoshoots and music videos. Her DC Style Factory clients include young professionals transitioning from college to the workforce, teens, tweens and more. Her personal style is an eclectic mix of urban-bohemian.
When N’jeri is not busy coordinating styling appointments. organizing client’s closets, and providing hands-on service to our clients, she loves to write poetry, shop (of course!) and blog. Her favorite things to wear are oversize jean jackets, crop tops and high-waist jeans.
Style Philosophy: March to the beat of your own drum when it comes to style. If it doesn’t feel right it won’t look right.
